IVBPlus has released the Credit Request module of its comprehensive TradeRoute middleware solution. This allows companies to integrate customer credit requests to backend ERP systems and to then process the credit requests through to generation of Credit Notes and the communication processes with the customer. The new module eliminates many points of failure in this common business process, provides a better experience for the customer and eliminates manual tasks for a more efficient business process.
